Valentine’s Day Chocolate Chow Down with Chef Michael Niksic

In this presentation, Chef Michael Niksic will be highlighting treats made with chocolate. He will be demonstrating how to make White Chocolate Red Raspberry Mousse, Belgian Milk Chocolate/Puerto Rican Rum Truffles, Chewy Dark Chocolate Amaretto Brownies, and Aroma Therapy Hot Chocolate! Tastings will be included and recipes will be distributed to all attending the program.
