Summer Teen Art Project: Gallery Showing

July 25th, 2017, 6:30pm to 8:00pm
This summer, we have had a professional artist working with our teens on the back wall panels in the teen room. ALL are welcome! There will be pizza, sparkling juice, and other hors d'oeuvre as well as discussions about art, life, and the intersection of the two.

Basic Computer Skills

Work on the computer skills you need to develop with an instructor present to answer questions as needed. Practice using the mouse or typing; search the internet; set-up or use email or Facebook; work on projects using Microsoft Office 2010 products. Sessions are drop-in, on a first-come first seated basis. Seating is limited, and we encourage you to attend only once a week in order to allow time for others. Participants are welcome to bring a laptop or tablet from home, in order to practice on their own device.

We will have both table top and video games, sometimes at the same time!

Teen Craft Club: Bad Art Day

You don’t have to be an artist to join us for an afternoon of artistic fun! Come make collages, drawings, paintings, & anything else your creative mind can come up with. It’s so bad, it’s good!

Check out our twice-monthly drop-in club for teens ages 13-18. IMPROVAGANDA is great for beginners and experienced performers alike. This low-stress very supportive group has something for everyone.

Haunted Trails Pizza Party - 5:30pm Seating

August 3rd, 2017, 5:30pm to 6:00pm
Congratulations to the children who completed their summer reading logs! You are invited to join us at Haunted Trails for a pizza party. Free pizza and pop will be given to summer reading finishers. Each adult or child who did not finish the program may purchase pizza and pop for $3.00. Tokens will be available at a discount. Chose at seating of either 5:30pm, 6:00pm or 6:30pm and call or stop in at the Youth Services desk to register.
