Open Baby Play

Play is an important part of all areas of development in a wee one. Give your baby the benefits of play in a social environment and network with other parents / caregivers in this relaxed, informal environment. For ages 5 months - 24 months; no registration required.

DUPLO<sup>®</sup> @ Your Library Club

Bring your wee ones to develop their creative building skills with us at the library! DUPLO® blocks will be available to construct their masterpieces.

Please register at 708.795.8000 ex 3088, on our website, or in person at the Youth Services desk. Sign up begins 30 days before event.

LEGO<sup>®</sup> @ Your Library Club

Computer Tutoring

December 2nd, 2014, 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Work on the computer skills you need to develop with an instructor present to answer questions as needed. Practice using the mouse or typing; search the internet; set-up or use email or Facebook; work on projects using Microsoft Office 2010 products.
Sessions are drop-in, on a first-come first seated basis. Seating is limited, and we encourage you to attend only once a week in order to allow time for others.
Participants are welcome to bring a laptop or tablet from home, in order to practice on their own device.

Friends of the Library Trivia Night

Show off your big brain, compete for prizes and have fun! Join us for our Friends of the Library-sponsored Trivia Night. No registration required, just show up and participate as an individual or as part of a team; teams are limited to six players.

XBOX 360 Gaming

Did you know that we have an XBOX 360? And it's all for you! Come play some games - either from the library or brought from home (rated T or younger).

ESL Beginner Speaking

December 6th, 2014, 10:00am to 12:00pm
Practice makes perfect! This ESL study group is for beginner and intermediate adult learners who want to improve English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Students at a very high level might find personal tutoring more helpful, but everyone is welcome to try the group to see if they like it.
