Yesterday, items within the SWAN Online Catalog were showing "UNKNOWN" in several places. Today, the people who are fixing this took the entire site down. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to call and ask Library Staff for help in searching for items, placing holds, and checking your account.

The Hold Pickup Notice issue is almost resolved. During our transition to the new library catalog system last week, holds were not processing correctly. Notices were sent that items were available, when they were NOT. Notices sent after yesterday/today should now be correct!
