Junior Book Club

Hey bookworm!
Are you in 2nd through 5th grade? Want to read good books and have fun discussing them?
Join us once a month and come ready to read the title of the month. This season, we are doing juvenile read-alikes of Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, the adult novel chosen for this year’s Big Read. Books are available at the Youth Services desk three weeks prior to the club meetings.

September 16th: Lunch Lady and the Video Game Villain by Jarrett Krosoczka

October 21st: Among the Hidden by Margaret Peterson Haddix

Calling All Dolls! Club

November 23rd, 2013, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Hey boys and girls! Join us for our brand new doll club, Calling All Dolls! Bring your dolls or use some of ours. Any dolls from Barbie to puppets are welcome! We will read stories, do play theatre, and even make things for our dolls. Ages 4-12.

3-5 Year Old Story Time

November 7th, 2013, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Join Miss Marissa for lots of fun!

Story Time aims to introduce children to the world of books and reading with fun, interactive experiences in a safe environment.

Sessions can run from 30 to 45 minutes and may include stories, rhymes, songs, finger plays and a simple craft activity.
