Reserve a Study Room
For the Nora Laureto Study Rooms A, B, and C
We have three study rooms available on the Lower Level, each with a capacity of four people. No library card is needed to reserve a room. Patrons can book a two-hour reservation up to one week in advance, with a maximum of three reservations per week. Patrons who are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation forfeit the room. For the Large Study Room
We have a Large Study Room with a capacity of fifteen people on the Lower Level. A library card is not required to reserve it. Patrons can reserve the Large Study Room once a month. Reserve a Meeting Room
The Community Room and Board Room are available to reserve by qualifying individuals and groups. To learn more, visit our Reservable Spaces Policy.
For the Board Room
To reserve the Board Room, a Berwyn Public Library card is required. The room features a conference table and can accommodate up to 21 people. Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance, but no more than 90 days ahead.
For the Community Room
To reserve the Community Room, a Berwyn Public Library card is required.
The room can accommodate between 60-80 people and comes equipped with tables and chairs for your use. While there's a projection wall available, you'll need to bring your own projector. Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance but no more than 90 days in ahead.
