We have 3 study rooms with a capacity of 4 on the lower level. A library card is not required. Patrons can book a 2 hour reservation up to 1 week in advance, a maximum of 3 times per week. Patrons who are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation forfeit the room.  For the complete Reservable Spaces Policy, click here.

Large Study Room

We have 1 large study room with a capacity of 15 on the lower level. A library card is not required. Patrons can book a reservation for the large study room once a month.  Patrons who are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation forfeit the room.

All reservations for the large study room must be confirmed by library staff.  It may be as many as 5 working days to receive a confirmation email for a reservation.

Meeting Rooms

Berwyn Library Card required to book this room. Contains a conference table and has a capacity of 21. Room must be booked at least 5 days in advance, and no more than 90 days in advance.

Berwyn Library Card required to book this room. Capacity of 60-80 people. The room contains tables and chairs available for use. Projection wall is available, but a projector is not provided. Room must be booked at least 5 days in advance, and no more than 90 days in advance.
