The Hold Pickup Notice issue is almost resolved. During our transition to the new library catalog system last week, holds were not processing correctly. Notices were sent that items were available, when they were NOT. Notices sent after yesterday/today should now be correct!
However, over the past few days, a new issue occured: Multiple emails were sent to notify about a single item. They are working to resolve this, too!
